We cooperate with the University of Ljubljana in the preparation and execution of multimedia production for various university contents, ranging from public presentations of scientific work and academic ceremonies to hybrid events, online discussions, and promotional video content. The collaboration includes support for the project “(Spre)govori znanost na M_odru” (Speak Science on the M_stage), execution of events within the University of Ljubljana Week, live broadcasts of debates between rector candidates, broadcasts of inaugural and other ceremonies, public promotions of doctors of science, and the preparation of content intended for presenting studies and the university to the general public.

In these projects, the Multimedia Lab, together with Multimedia students, participates in the execution of multi-camera livestreams, videoconferences, technical moderation, and the preparation of graphic and technical support for events. We utilize remote-controlled cameras during execution, integrate various AV sources, and adapt the systems for both in-hall and remote event presentation. This approach enables broader accessibility of university content and supports activities that connect the academic community, the professional public, and wider society.
